What the problem is. Being Bullied really badly
What you have tried. Talking to him

First off, I know I'm not the advice columist but I'm curious and also have a question.
You or him as far as what? I'm assuming not life or death...

Don't kill yourself! That would do nothing good at all for the situation. And don't kill him either beause taking a life, even of the person you hate most, would be way too horrible. And I mean do you really want to spend for ever in jail because of him? His soul would sit there cracking up while you got butt raped. I think he'd get the better end of that deal.
You could say "you know what bitch? You're a man whore so don't call me anything when you're worse off." Just kidding! I'm not good at advice. ^^

I would have to say that you're probably exaggerating WAY TOO MUCH. Sorry if this seems like a slap in the face, but if someone is name-calling, that's something you should just ignore. If he's making threats, they're probably empty from my experience, but if you think he's serious go to an adult. It sounds like crap to take it to the school or your parents, but that's what you have to do. He can get suspended for name-calling, depending how serious, or at least he could at my school.

Yeah, that is true. Usually name calling is the type of thing that if you ignore it and don't react they'll stop. And even if they don't, it's not so bad. I mean this one kid was always making fun of me in 9th grade but I just ignored him and he didn't stop, but it wasn't that bad. Plus it's fun to have someone to get angry about. *mutters to self* Curse you Brian!

Okay no suicide here. But seriously, that is NOT AN OPTION.
As for talking to him, be casual and tell him that you don't want your problem with to get out of hand. Whatever you do, don't seem intimidating. Also, if you can't find a solution by talking to him, alerting a teacher or another adult may be your only option. I know you don't want to be a "snitch" but when you are at the stage of "it's me or him" this may be your only option.
Good luck and I hope this helped.

If I might add to that, I think that you also don't want to act intimidated

Yes answer Ink's questions please. But if the problem is that big, tell your principal, or your parents or a cop because you should not be being bullied in that way.

Yeah, high schools usually have resource officers and most middle schools do too I think, so you should tell them if the school staff isn't helping you.
